It's Our People Who Make the Difference!
It's Our People Who Make the Difference! We are proud of the members of our team, they work together effectively, harmoniously and cheerfully to achieve the business objectives, their own targets and to meet the clients' needs whether buying or selling. Every single person working here has much to offer the overall dynamics of our team says Tim Kearins Principal of Century 21 Premier Every member of our team is important. Our business is growing and it is because of the members of our team. The success of our team comes from the success of each of its individual members, who each individually give his or her best effort. Our most valuable members of our team are not always the highest income generators, but ones who give support and encourage other members of the team. This, believe it or not, benefits you, the buyer and seller. Real success evolves out of real consistent co-operation and team harmony. It shows itself on the sports field and more especially in the administrative functions around sport, where everyone plays their part. I believe in the aptitude and attitude that we have here at Century 21, evidenced by the fact that ultimately we sell a lot of homes that other companies cannot. Frankly we are smaller and therefore do not always get the first chance to list and sell a home. After all not everyone knows of us (not quite yet). So while other companies may get first chance to list a home, when we get the chance we sell a good portion of homes that the others cannot. Sales Staff are employed individually and are on commission. It is a special salesperson and environment whereby the individual supports the team efforts and is recognized for doing so. We have total trust in our sales staff to perform their duties and to act in the best interest of the team, the company and the clients. A remarkably pleasant feeling is that we are finding we have great support from outside of the sales team and the firm, from past, current and future clients, community members, fellow professionals, service providers, but especially from groups of people who know each other through school or work or church or sport and where one of, or several of them, has had dealings with us and recommends us to the group. They are wishing us well and want us to succeed for both us and for them. And that is especially pleasant to hear. Our business is growing and it is because of the members of our team. I am proud of them! Tim Kearins Principal of Century 21
